What personal information do we collect from the MCE website or mobile app?
If you request information from MCE or submit a form within MCE, you may be required to provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other details so that we may provide you with the information requested. We collect this information when you submit a request on our site, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, or register with our mobile app.
What we do with the information we gather?

If you reach our site through a Google Ad we do not collect any personal identifiable information, but but we do collect demographic information to help us improve our search ads. We along with third-party vendors, such as Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions, and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.

Location data
The MCE application does collect your current location continually while you remain logged into the app. This data is only shown on the website and will not be shared with any third parties.
The only location data we collect is GPS coordinates, heading and speed.
This data is collected for several reasons:
- To show dispatcher users your current location to determine who they should send a job to
- To show admin users your past locations while running a route
- Verification on your location when doing a pickup or drop-off
